Mr. Ziman, inarguably one of the most successful real estate investors in Southern California, discusses his bullish stance on buying industrial facilities at urban infill sites in the Los Angeles Business Journal. If it’s good enough for Mr. Ziman, it’s good enough for Winefield & Associates. Winefield & Associates also invests almost exclusively in this sector, albeit on smaller properties than Mr. Ziman’s Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc.
