On April 7th, I had the pleasure of lecturing in Prof. Eric Sussman’s course Advanced Case Studies in Entrepreneurial Real Estate at UCLA Anderson. Zoom is wonderful and the MBA students were brilliant; however, it’s going to take time to get used to presenting in an empty room with questions coming from overhead speakers. The focus of the presentation was to share technical and financial nuances of brownfield redevelopment, which can create tremendously beneficial impacts for our cities. Many thanks to Professor Sussman and the UCLA Anderson community for their hospitality. Go Bruins!
